Solar Energy Sales ($200k+ Opportunity - Sales Closer needed to run preset appointments)

Recent changes in the Solar Incentives have caused a surge in demand. Customers are buying solar electric systems at a dramatically accelerated rate. To keep up with demand, we are hiring 3 additional proven Sales Closers immediately to join our existing team.

Customers are able to purchase a Solar Electric system for $0 down and immediately pay less than what they are currently paying for electricity with the utility company.

About the role: This is a turn key role for a proven sales closer. Our company generates hundred of inquiries per month. Our internal team then vets these opportunities and prequalifies customers to ensure the best use of our sales professionals’ time.

This is a highly visible role that requires excellent sales ability and ability to manage pipeline of prospective customers. In this fast-paced role, you will be actively meeting with 20-40 prospects per month to present them with a solar solution for their home.

Responsibilities:

Run 3-5 preset discovery calls per day with prospects to ensure prospect their home is a good fit for a Solar Electric system

Conduct 2 in home and/or virtual presentations per day with prospects to review their custom solar design, incentives, monthly payment/cost, and projected savings with the solar electric system

Negotiate pricing as needed

Coordinate financing package with customer

Obtain all signatures from customer

Schedule site visit

Coordinate with Operations team to present change orders and schedule installation

Skills required to be considered for this role:

Close a minimum of 6 sales per month

Proven sales ability in a B2C or B2B space.

Strong work ethic

Must be able to meet with homeowners when they are available. In many cases with is outside of 9-5 and on weekends.

Ability to use a CRM, computer and software

Must be a quick learner and have systems to retain training information

Compensation and Benefits:

On Target Earnings are $200k for a proven sales closer

Commissions

Weekly, Monthly, quarterly, and annual bonus structure

$6,000 training pay in first month of employment

Base salary available after sales performance is proven
