Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the store, including inventory management, deliveries and customer service.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional service.
- Ensure the store maintains a clean, organized, and safe environment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
Requirements
- Previous experience in masonry or retail management required.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of masonry products and building materials including but not limited to Cambridge and Nicolock Pavers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to excellence.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Point of Sales Software experience, knowledge of ECI Spruce software a bonus
