Based in Bay Shore, NY, we are an established contracting company with over 20 years of experience serving Fire Island. We're currently looking to expand our team and immediately hire a crew for dedicated new construction projects.
This unique opportunity involves working on one high-end beach home at a time, from start to finish. You'll enjoy a daily boat ride to work and the convenience of using a golf cart to navigate the job site.
We are seeking a lead carpenter and laborers with experience in all aspects of high-end residential beach construction. The ideal candidates will be an existing crew looking for a change of pace.
Key requirements include:
Fluent English
Valid working papers
Own tools
Extensive experience in residential construction
Ability to lead a crew of 3-4
Ability to read plans, create material orders, manage subcontractors, and maintain a clean and organized job site
We offer guaranteed 40-hour work weeks, overtime opportunities, and a bonus after one year of employment. Additionally, we provide a simple IRA retirement package. Pay based on experience.
