Estimator- Fence and Railing specialist

Looking for: manager/estimator for construction projects, town, state, federal and privet projects. Specializing in outdoor fence and railing installations. This person needs to be able to read blueprints and make a list of all the necessary material, contact venders and customers, and work well with others. we are looking for a leader to take charge of the department and bring it to a higher level.
