East End Great Renovations, is currently looking for a Carpenter sub contractor to join their growing team!
Minimum of 5 years full time experience is required.
East End Great Renovations is a General Contractor specializing in mid size and high end home remodeling and maintenance. We specialize in all types of building construction and repair, including kitchen and bath remodeling, garage and basement conversions, painting, spackling, tile and woodworking. Most work days are from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Most jobs occur between Center Moriches and Southampton. Sometimes we take a job further east or west.
Applicants need to have their own liability insurance. Home improvement license is not necessary.
Responsibilities:
Fit and install trim items
Maintain, repair and renovate wooden and metal structures
Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials
Prepare layouts using measuring tools
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and sketches
Hang, tape & float drywall
Texture & paint
Install Tile
Install windows and doors
Previous experience in the trade
Skills
Basic trade knowledge
Well organized
Works well in a team
Dependable
Compensation Commensurate with Experience
MUST have dependable transportation AND tools
