Insurance Brokerage seeking Insurance Sales Representative
We are seeking a friendly, upbeat, and organized individual with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a passion for working with others!
Insurance Experience is a PLUS, but not required – we are willing to train the right candidate!
Bi-lingual (Spanish) preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs while marketing appropriate products and services.
Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, following up as needed.
Educate customers about insurance options using a customer-focused, needs-based review process.
Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to daily success.
Demonstrate excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Pay exceptional attention to detail and manage time effectively.
