The ideal candidate for this position will succeed in this role if they are outgoing, have strong organizational skills and a passion for helping others while delivering exceptional results.
Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations (dispatch crews, customer communication, job scheduling, etc.)
Be the primary point of contact for inbound service requests
Send timely estimates
Maintain quality control (customer site visits)
Manage inventory (job basis)
Assist crews if needed
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and communication skills
Excellent customer service
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure
Experience in home improvement a plus, but not required
