Seeking an experienced building super to oversee and manage a 260,000SF property in Woodbury, NY. Responsibilities will include the following but not limited to:
Tenant Relations
Scheduling Vendors
Staff Supervision
Overseeing Projects
Handling of Small Repairs
Looking for a person with 5 years' experience in a similar role and shift will be Monday - Friday, hours TBD but will be during the day, with OT needed as required for project work.
