The Role
We have openings for office support across several departments, including:
Administrative Support: Answering phones, scheduling appointments, and assisting customers.
Data Entry & Filing: Maintaining accurate records and processing paperwork.
Billing & Invoicing: Assisting with accounts receivable/payable tasks.
Customer Service: Communicating with clients to address questions and provide information.
What We’re Looking For
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency with basic computer programs (Microsoft Office or similar).
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Prior office experience is a plus but not required—we’re happy to train the right candidate.
