Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Service Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will provide support to our clients and technicians, ensuring they have all the information and resources they need to perform their best. Your responsibilities will include answering phone calls, scheduling appointments for service calls, communicating with technicians, and writing correspondence. The ideal candidate is highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor. This is a full time position, Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
Responsibilities
Call supply houses to get prices on parts, and if approved, order parts
Schedule service calls for technicians
Take in service calls and dispatch service technicians.
Review technician's service tickets for follow up service/repair
Enter warranties as needed
Qualifications
High school diploma/GED required, Associate’s degree or administrative training is preferred, but not necessary
Previous experience working in a construction office or in a similar position
Familiarity with standard office equipment such as printers
Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is preferred
Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects
Salary commensurate with experience
