We are seeking a highly motivated Front Desk & Sales Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support while efficiently handling multi-level tasks with accuracy and timeliness. This role requires a sales-driven mindset, the ability to identify opportunities, and strong organizational skills. We welcome candidates eager to grow within a rapidly expanding company.

Responsibilities:

Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a positive, professional attitude. Handle invoicing, accounts payable & receivable, and bank deposits. Process order entries and daily reconciliations. Manage company marketing tools, social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube), and website updates. Oversee calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements. Organize filing systems, regular mail distribution. Strong vendor/customer relations manners. Handle Amazon, UPS, FedEx, and DHL deliveries. Answer phone calls professionally with a positive and energetic work ethic. Qualify and nurture guests through a service or consultation process. Upsell and cross-sell services during check-in and check-out. Schedule shipments and manage EZPASS accounts. Set up Zoom meetings and compose internal and external emails. Coordinate lunch and catering orders when needed.

Utilize office appliances (photocopier, scanner, TV, fax, printer, etc.) and order office supplies.

Schedule:

Full-time availability: Monday to Thursday, 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM (in-person).

Weekend availability required as needed.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience as an executive assistant with strong multitasking abilities.

Excellent problem-solving skills, communication, and organizational abilities.

Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred.

Proactive, reliable, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain professional and ethical behavior.

Ability to thrive under pressure while managing multiple priorities.

Compensation & Benefits:

$16.50/hour (cash).

$30 – $55 commission per client sale from the call center.

Additional incentives & bonuses based on performance.

Additional Information:

Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Must be available to work on major holidays as required.

Long Island residents preferred.

Training provided on QuickBooks and Tax Software.
