MG Concepts is currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Clerical Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing general office support with a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
Responsibilities:
Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
Review, organize, and file paperwork accurately
Utilize Microsoft Office 365 applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Communicate effectively with coworkers, clients, and other stakeholders
Manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
Qualifications:
Previous clerical or administrative experience preferred
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Dependable, professional, and team-oriented attitude
