Assist in all office functions.
Faxing, emailing, scanning, filing, process orders, Answer all phone calls, call customers, suppliers, sub-contractors.
Data entry such as invoicing, order entry , quotes, order processing, etc
Computer skills and computer software skills a plus, such as emailing/outlook, excel, salesforce, business works, quick books
