Mineola Print and Mail Company looking for an Administrative/Customer Service Assistant.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Diversified administrative tasks, customer service, telephone inquiries/order processing, invoicing, billing and proofreading.
Requirements:
2-4 yrs. office experience with excellent phone etiquette, communication/interpersonal/customer service skills.
Must be:
professional, punctual and reliable
detail oriented, organized and focused
proficient with all Microsoft Office programs
Must be able to:
multi-task and work well in a team environment
process sales orders/inquiries received via phone, fax, e-mail, internet
update and maintain accurate customer information
handle customer concerns, ensure problems are resolved and proper follow-up occurs
proofread printed copy and detect errors in spelling, grammar, punctuation, etc. before production
Any of the following knowledge or skills are a Plus:
Quickbooks Online
UPS Shipping Software
Post Office
Graphic Design
Print Production
Bilingual (Spanish)
Catholic Church
Hours: 8:15 – 4:15 Monday – Friday
