La Bottega Italian Gourmet is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support the owner with basic office and administrative tasks. This is a full time position with flexible hours. QuickBooks experience is required.
Responsibilities:
Assisting owner with tasks related to personal insurances, appointments,filing
Managing QuickBooks account for tracking expenses, and generating/maintaining accurate reports
Liaising with restaurant Managers, Accountant, Staff, Payroll Provider
Reconciliation of Restaurant Transactions
Miscellaneous tasks to support both business and personal
Onboarding new employees for Company owned restaurants
Gathering information and examining timesheets on a weekly basis for Company Payrolls to ensure their validity
Performing all tasks well before the pay run to ensure that staff members are compensated according
Addressing queries about payroll-related issues, compliance, wage reporting
Work to resolve payroll discrepancies in payments as a matter of urgency
