Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on mailroom equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Sort and package mail accurately and efficiently.
Ensure all mailroom operations comply with company policies and safety regulations.
Keep an organized and clean workspace to support a safe working environment.
Maintain inventory of mailroom supplies and communicate restocking needs.
Assist with loading and unloading materials, ensuring items up to 50 lbs. are handled safely.
Qualifications:
Must understand and communicate fluently in English.
Must be able to work with a W-2
Previous experience in a mailroom or with mail processing equipment is preferred.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
Schedule and Compensation:
Hour: 9 - 5
Wage: $16.50 - $22.00 per hour with room for growth.
