Property owner , managing two properties in East Hampton, is searching for a new professional electrician to assign him frequent projects at both houses.
Candidate must live not too far away in the event a job needs an immediate attention.
First starting project consists of :
a) Install two LED low voltage lights on gate posts , together with the transformer to convert existing 110V wires to 12V.
b) Replace an existing irrigation control box with a new one that can be controlled via phone app with wi-fi. Wires already in place.
c) Lower down a few inches and replace a 1 gang outlet located on a wall, with a 2 gang outlet. Make hole, insert new electrical box in the wall , run existing wires to the new outlet and remove the existing 1 gang outlet.
d) Install a new low voltage transformer controlling deck lights. Wires already in place.
e) Reconnect a light currently located on a tree . Presumably the wires are loose since the light is leaning off the tree. This needs to be checked out.
