Job Title: Full-Time Production Team Member
Job Summary:
We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our production team! As a full-time team member, you'll play a key role in packing orders, cutting transfers, operating DTF and eco-solvent printers, and pressing custom t-shirts. Experience with Adobe Illustrator is a plus, but we're willing to train the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Pack orders efficiently and accurately
- Cut transfers with precision and accuracy using cutting equipment
- Operate DTF printers and eco-solvent printers to produce high-quality prints
- Press custom t-shirts using heat press equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines
- Learn and adapt to new processes and techniques
Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn Adobe Illustrator
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator or other design software
- Knowledge of printing techniques and materials
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment
- Experience with cutting software and design programs
