We are a warm, busy family of four with two full-time working parents and 7-year-old boy/girl twins who attend school full time. We’re looking for someone reliable, kind, and proactive to help our home run smoothly, taking initiative in household management and daily routines—including providing full meal service to help keep our weeks running efficiently. You are highly organized, dependable, and feel comfortable jumping in where needed to support our day-to-day life.

We’re looking for someone who is warm, trustworthy, and easy to communicate with. You are reliable, punctual, and consistent, with a strong sense of initiative—you notice what needs to be done and take action without being asked. You're also comfortable working independently while knowing when to ask questions or check in as needed.
Core Responsibilities
Meal Prep (4x/week)
Planning family-friendly meals in coordination with us, with a focus on healthy, balanced options
Grocery shopping for ingredients, pantry staples, and household essentials
Managing pantry, fridge, and freezer inventory to ensure items are stocked, fresh, and organized
Prepping meals in advance and/or cooking for that day as needed—making sure everything is labeled and stored appropriately
Cleaning and resetting the kitchen after meals, including wiping counters, loading/unloading the dishwasher, and keeping the space tidy and ready for the next use
Housekeeping Duties
Perform full housekeeping duties including cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and deep cleaning on a regular schedule
Tidy and reset key living areas daily (kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, common areas)
Maintain cleanliness and organization of all household spaces, including closets and storage
Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and restock as needed
Take initiative to identify and address areas of the home needing attention
Household Management
Maintain systems for closets, pantry, toys, laundry, and linens
Coordinate seasonal swaps (clothing, linens, decor)
Handle errands, grocery orders, dry cleaning, and returns, donation drop-offs
Organize for travel, events, and teacher/birthday gifts
Errands & Inventory Management
Run errands (e.g., returns, dry cleaning, gift shopping).
Manage household orders (Amazon, Target, Costco, etc.).
Prepare donations and coordinate pickups
Schedule and oversee vehicle maintenance, oil changes, and inspections
Ensure vehicles are fueled, cleaned, and organized
