Cleaning catwalks, Garbage removal, moping, vacuuming & some hospitality. Painting, minor landscaping, minor carpentry (wood board repairs, minor spackle, exterior / interior painting).
Monday - Friday & Wednesday - Sunday) 8:00am to 4:30pm (40 hour work week/schedule)
Open immediately for right candidate
Starting $23 per hour + Tips
Side work available for those who want to make extra in the off season projects for residents.
