Owner operated Water Feature/ Pond company still looking for a solid worker, or two. Cleaning ponds in the spring, plantings, Builds throughout the year. Digging, moving rock and soil, there is hard work involved. Be honest with yourself. You either like this type of work or don’t. You need to be able to be in good health, work safely and respect my customer’s property. If you want to have your phone in your hand every 15 minutes because I am not watching you every minute, please don’t respond. I need someone that has a work ethic and understands mutual respect. I expect to pay you well, keep you safe and treat you with respect. I am methodical and efficient. I have been doing this 22 years. That gives me the ability to be somewhat flexible in scheduling. If you are a student I can generally work around your schedule and give you more hours when you are off from school. If you are a cop or fireman working three day weeks I can usually work that out. What I need is some consistency in hours available and communication. 24-40 hours depending on when you are available and how well you can follow direction and accomplish tasks without me being next to you.
