Nurse Needed in Long Island NY, eves & weekend

Patient PDN, RN or LPN, needed for adult DD male patient with G-tube, trach and vent in his family home. Use pulmonary bed, electric hoyer lift, power chair, other technology (will train). 3 References required from recent employers/homecare patients, must be comfortable with a good dog, a non-smoker.
