Orchard Estate of Woodbury is looking for caring and compassionate nurses to care for residents. You will enjoy a well-run community with an experienced leader, a positive work environment, and culture established on trust at all levels in the community. RESPONSIBILITIES TO INCLUDE
Supervise Resident Care Assistants
Mentor, guide and direct the Lead Resident Care Assistants
Coordinate care needs with community providers via an effective case management process
Monitor medication and treatment profiles
Assess, communicate, and document residents’ status.
Recognize and assist in the prevention of elder abuse, neglect, and exploitation (financial and other) and report to appropriate sources per state regulations
COMPENSATION
Experiential payranges from $31.50-46.25/hr.
Sign on bonusup to $3,000 paid at 90 days
SHIFTS
Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities available with flexible scheduling
3pm-11pm; 11pm-7am
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Valid LPN or RN license for NY
Recent graduates acceptedBenchmark will provide training
US Work Authorization
Ability to pass state/federal criminal background and BEAS check
