In your role as a DSP (Entry level healthcare), you will:
Teach people life skills to reach goals
Physically assist people to be more independent
Assist with Hygiene (bathing, grooming etc.)
Supervise/train people to clean, shop, eat/prepare food
Accompany people on community trips and doctor appointments
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Valid NYS Driver License preferred
Experience preferred but NOT required (DSP, home health aide, CNA, personal care aide, customer service, caretaker experience helpful!)
