We are an Up Scale New American Restaurant Lounge and; Catering (Suffolk South Shore), and we are looking to grow our family with positive, vibrant and eager to succeed individuals.
Positions available are:
Manager
Responsibilities:
Organize and supervise shifts
Manage servers, bussers, runners and hostess Bartenders /
Coordinating daily restaurant management operations
Coordinate daily Front of the House restaurant operations
Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
Create reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses
Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices
Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations
The Requirements:
Experience in a full service, high volume restaurant with at least 5 Year's experience
Personable, outgoing, energetic team player with a positive attitude
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
Ability to communicate effectively
Full time and flexible availability including nights and weekends
Familiarity with Restaurant management software, like OpenTable, Aloha , and Microsoft Excel
