High end restaurant manager with a min of 10 years experience, involved in FOH and BOH for busy Italian Pizzeria Restaurant. Innovating ideas needed to sustain and grow the business with food and wine knowledge. Responsible for FOH training, implementing standards, guest satisfaction and working with chef on menu, ordering, & all kitchen procedures. Computer literate, payroll, preparing a schedule for the staff and scheduling weekly staff meetings. Able to work all shifts with full availability.
