Seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to support daily operations at family-owned Italian restaurant at busy location in Westbury, NY. Candidate must possess excellent communication skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment so he/she can uphold restaurant standards and ensure exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities include:
-Managing phone calls and emails (reservations, events, etc.)
-Delivering exceptional customer service
-Assisting the Chef and General Manager with daily needs
-Contribute to a positive dining experience
