Experience:
- Proven experience in restaurant management or hospitality management
- Strong knowledge of food industry practices and trends
- Familiarity with TOAST POS system is preferred
- Ability to manage and train a diverse team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in cook or food production roles is a plus
