We are looking for skilled and motivated individuals to join our team at Grotta di Fuoco.
Entry level Line Cook. Starting on Garde Manger/Dessert station
5 day work week, approximately 8 hours per day.
$20-25 per hour based on experience and ability to do the necessary tasks
REQUIREMENTS:
- Knife skills and general knowledge of cooking techniques
-Ability to work cleanly
- Friendly, outgoing, energetic team player with a positive attitude
- Ability to think quickly and multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Ability to take direction and execute
- Flexible availability including nights and weekends
- Must be able to stand for up to 8-10 hours and lift up to 40 pounds
- Must be able to arrive on time and work a full shift, including station breakdown
- Keeping equipment clean and in excellent working condition
- Maintaining a positive work environment
