What You Need

- Must be at least 18 years of age

- Eligible to work in the U.S.

- 6 months - 1 year of experience in your skillset

Your Daily Responsibilities

- Station Management: Manage specific stations such as grill, fry, sauté, and broil, ensuring all cooking is done to order and at the appropriate temperature.

- Cooking Techniques: Utilize a variety of cooking techniques to prepare dishes, including grilling, sautéing, frying, and broiling, as dictated by the menu and prep sheets.

- Prep & Mise en Place: Prepare ingredients ahead of time, including chopping, dicing, and slicing vegetables, marinating meats, and preparing sauces.

- Quality Control: Ensure that each dish is cooked and presented according to restaurant specifications, maintaining a high level of consistency and quality.

- Coordination with Team: Work closely with other line cooks and kitchen staff to maintain a steady flow of orders and keep service moving efficiently.

- Food Safety & Sanitation: Follow strict food safety and sanitation protocols, including proper food storage, temperature control, and PPE use to avoid cross-contamination.

- Inventory & Stocking: Ensure that the station is stocked with necessary ingredients and supplies, and communicate with the kitchen manager regarding inventory needs.

- Maintaining Cleanliness: Keep workstations and kitchen areas clean and sanitized, including proper disposal of waste and regular cleaning of utensils and equipment.

- Adhere to Timing & Temperature: Ensure all dishes are prepared and served promptly, ensuring food is in the proper temperature zone for safe consumption.
