Responsibilities include but not limited:
Greet and seat guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude
Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
Ensure timely delivery of orders to the kitchen and back to the guests
Knowledge of the menu to answer questions and make recommendations
Provide exceptional customer service, anticipate guest needs, and resolve any issues promptly
Handle cash and credit card transactions with precision
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure a smooth dining experience
Assist in opening and closing duties as required
Requirements for position:
2+ years of serving experience in a busy restaurant
Knowledge of food and beverage items, including wine and cocktails
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
Team player with a strong work ethic
Must be 18 years or older
ServSafe or equivalent food safety certification is a plus
