RESPONSIBILITIES:
MUST HAVE AMPLE EXPERIENCE
MUST HAVE CATERING EXPERIENCE
maintain deli area
Work retail counter in both Deli counter & Meat counter
take customer orders with over counter service
weigh, wrap and package, various raw meats, cold cuts, and cheeses
slice various cold cuts and cheeses
keep sandwhich prep table stocked with condiments and toppings
fufill sandwhich orders for customers
prep and complete hero platter & wrap platter catering orders
package weigh and label homemade deli salads for open case
make & package individual Ceasar and garden salads for open case
keep deli self service open case full at all times
take and complete phone orders
keep work area clean and sanitized at all times
check out customers handling cash
clean and sanitize equipment at end of shift following health and safety protocols
