Dishwasher Responsibilities & Daily Duties:
Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans
Keep dish area, kitchen, and trash areas clean
Sweep and mop kitchen and dining area every night
Ensure the cleanliness of the whole restaurant
Safely lift and move items up to 50 lbs
Unload and organize deliveries when received
Clean and store all kitchen equipment properly
Follow all health, safety, and sanitation rules
Work with kitchen staff to keep service running smoothly
