We are looking for strong LEADERS in both positions who have experience running a kitchen line and crew as well as handling responsibility’s in a timely manner. Structured prep according to the restaurant's needs complying with all D.O.H safety and sanitation guidelines.
Sous Chef is responsible for running their locations' day to day BOH operations under the guidance and supervision of the restaurant groups Head Chef.
Sous Chef must be present during service hours while running service from the line. Must be a strong leader who wants to learn as well as teach.
Must have strong communication skills, works organized and clean and leads by example.
