Job Summary
As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing a rotating selection of cookies and frostings while maintaining the highest levels of cookie quality, customer service, and cleanliness.
Responsibilities
- Prepare all products following directions exactly
- Work fast and clean as you go
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to fulfill customer orders in a timely manner
- Maintain cookie pars so we never run out
- Have a positive, team oriented disposition
Skills
- Proactive problem solving
- Ability to follow directions
- Understanding of food safety practices and regulations
- Experience working in a restaurant, catering, or food production environment preferred
- Ability to handle various kitchen equipment effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour + Tips
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
