All Island Mechanical is a family owned Air Conditioning, Heating, Plumbing, and Electrical company located in Setauket on Long Island. We are looking for an office manager/secretary to establish and manage daily schedules for field technicians, handle customer service inquiries, coordinate and execute equipment commissioning, among other tasks. We are requesting someone who is familiar with and has experience utilizing Housecall Pro.
Responsibilities:
(Includes, but not limited to)
Manage technical support process for new and existing customers
Communicate with customers systematically to provide status updates on service/startup and open issues
Liaise with field technicians (direct reports to this position) on a constant basis to accommodate customer requests, ensuring service issues are adequately resolved and startups completed per required schedules
Provide phone technical support for customers
Track/follow-up on open issues.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Experience with Housecall Pro
Prior experience with managing service or field technicians preferred; relevant experience will be considered.
Knowledge and background in HVAC, Plumbing, and Electric systems, operations and functions are helpful.
