Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary Base: $60,000.00

As we expand our operations, we are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced Mid-Level Executive Assistant to join our team. This role is critical in supporting our leadership team and ensuring operational efficiency across departments.

Position Summary:

The Mid-Level Executive Assistant will work closely with ownership, senior leadership and internal departments to provide advanced administrative support and project coordination. This individual must be professional, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in a managerial or leadership support role is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives and department heads

Manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate client arrangements, and prepare reports

Assist with preparation of reports, presentations, and confidential correspondence

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of executive leadership

Manage internal communication workflows and ensure timely execution of deliverables

Organize and maintain digital filing systems and company documentation

Oversee logistics for internal meetings, events, and special projects

Maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion with confidential information

Contribute to cross-functional project coordination and follow-up on assigned action items

Qualifications:

Minimum 5-10 years of professional experience, including team management or leadership support

Proven track record of supporting executives or senior leadership in a high-demand environment

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace

Experience with vendor and client management is a plus

Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and handle sensitive information with discretion

Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
