Due to our continued growth, we are seeking self-motivated individuals to add to our top-notch Customer Service team.
Functions and Responsibilities:
Enter new service requests from portals
Enter new service requests from phone and emails
Send out quotes and following up on open proposals
Upload invoices into portals
Help coordinating repairs with dispatch
Look up open repair requests for customers and coordinate with dispatch
Scan documents and attach to work tickets/web portal
Request Purchase Orders/increased in purchase order value
Answer Phones for assigned accounts
Fold and mail invoices
Job Requirements:
High School Diploma, or equivalent
Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially
Strong communication skills, verbal and written
Excellent Customer Service skills or prior experience
Solid multi-tasking skills
Strong attention to detail, time management and decision-making skills
Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume call center
