Family owned Masonry Supply company in Amityville NY seeking a detailed oriented and organized bookkeeper / office administrator. Experience in Quickbooks desktop and knowledge of excel is a MUST.
Duties Required
-Manage Accounts Receivable - updated account balance, send monthly statements, email invoices
-Manage Accounts Payable - Match item receipt with bill and check for accuracy quantity and price. Match outstanding balance with vendors and make timely payments
-Reconciliations : Bank accounts need to be reconciled weekly to ensure available balances in accounts.
-Credit card batches: Match batch receipts daily to actual sales and reconcile monthly and make timely payments
-Payroll - retrieve employee hours from time cards and calculate total hours ( No Payroll taxes to calculate )
Part time ( 30 - 35 HOURS PER WEEK )
