Powerhouse Mason Supply is seeking a responsible bookeeper to perform a variety of accounting tasks such as entering bills from vendors, paying vendors, billing customers and collecting. Also, entering credit card charges and paying credit cards. Monthly and weekly bank account balance verification is required and credit card reconciliations. The candidate must be fluent in quickbooks desktop and have excellent oral and written communication skills and very organized. Excel and word are a plus.
