Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Dispatcher in the logistics industry, based in LIVERPOOL, New York. As a Dispatcher, you will be responsible for managing communications with drivers, processing route information, and maintaining strong connections with our warehouses and drop-off locations.Responsibilities: Manage high-volume calls with drivers, ensuring transparent and effective communication. Comfortably address issues with drivers regarding their timeliness and scheduling. Enter route information into the system with accuracy and efficiency. Maintain strong communication channels with other warehouses and drop-off locations. Handle problem-solving scenarios with drivers as they arise. Assist with administrative tasks and coordinate schedules as needed. Uphold a high standard of customer service at all times.
