As the Senior Director, Executive Technology & Enterprise Video Collaboration your responsibility will be to drive the development, implementation, and strategic product roadmap for Cloud-based Video, VOIP Solutions as well as other collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams as well as creating and designing a strategic team.
Build and manage a team including setting goals and strategic direction to provide superior technology support.
Oversee the coordination and delivery of technology solutions for executives across diverse settings including corporate offices and offsite locations ensuring all aspects of their technology needs are met.
Serve as a strategic liaison between senior executives, administrative staff, and technical teams, ensuring transparent and effective communication and support alignment.
Develop and implement IT support strategies that are responsive to the complex and time-sensitive nature of executive schedules, ensuring minimal disruption to their operations.
Collaborate with engineering, network operations, messaging, and other IT groups to resolve issues efficiently and enhance service reliability for executives.
Ensure service excellence through proactive monitoring, incident response, and regular service improvement reviews, reducing service interruptions and enhancing user experience.
Provide leadership in the adoption of new technology tools and systems that enhance the productivity and effectiveness of executives and their teams.
Manage vendor relationships and service contracts to ensure optimal performance and alignment with executive needs.
Develop metrics and reporting mechanisms to track support performance, executive satisfaction, and service-level adherence, making data-driven improvements.
Mentor and develop the Executive Technology and EVC team, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring ongoing professional development.
Create and maintain a strategic lifecycle plan for all hardware and software in the Executive Technology & Video Collaboration portfolio.
Job DescriptionDirects, plans, and organizes the staff and activities of the Infrastructure Services and Management unit. Ensures the health, performance, capacity, and cost effectiveness of Enterprise Infrastructure and production operations; establishes standards and SLA's and reports on KPI's. Ensures adherence to standard operating procedures, develops preventative maintenance standards, and methods and measurements for continual service improvement.Job Responsibility

Job Qualification
Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
8-12 years of relevant experience and 7+ years of leadership / management experience, required.
