DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure the safety and security of the tenants, customers and facility of the Center.
Patrols all of the common areas throughout the center with special emphases to the parking areas.
Patrols and monitors the flow and vehicular and pedestrian areas for customer use.
Reports directly to the General Manager.
Respond to calls for assistance from maintenance, tenants and customer service.
Reports and investigates violations of law and ordinances and Center Rules and Regulations.
Assists customers and tenants, vendors and contractors as needed.
Secure premises of unauthorized persons after hours in the Center.
Submits reports in a timely manner on all incidents in the Center.
Pursues training to become proficient in the operation and use of the Fire Alarms, BMS, Tour Management System and Automated Defibrillator.
Attends training and becomes certified in basic first aid and CPR.
Responsible for overseeing the completion of all monthly security reports to ensure they are completed accurately. As well as other duties as assigned.
Aids in developing training materials/ topics for Security training.
Completes weekly deployment schedule for security staff.
