The Property Manager reports to and assists the Executive Director in managing all aspects of operations for a multi family student housing portfolio.
27 historic buildings with approximately 300 beds all next to each other.
In addition to managing daily operations, the Property Manager will assist the executive director in planning, developing, and completing future renovations and new builds.
A minimum of 15 years professional experience required. Property Management experience essential. Excellent compensation package.
