We are seeking an Office Admin to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
Draft quotes, proposals and other formal documents
Serve customers by answering telephones, emails, forwarding messages, confirming customer orders, scanning documents, and keeping customers informed of order status
Forward information by receiving and disseminating communications, collecting and mailing correspondences
Answer inbound telephone calls
Maintain both office and warehouse supplies by checking stock to determine inventory levels, anticipating requirements,placing and expediting orders, verifying receipt, stocking items, delivering supplies to work stations
Maintain a professional workstation and office space
Input bills, purchase orders and other pertaintanent documents into the Quickbooks Online application
Create shipping documents via the Quickbooks Online application
Ensure our Google Drive for Business filing system is organized
Qualifications:
Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong computer skills - primarily with Google Drive file organization service and Quickbooks Online bookkeeping application
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
