Alléchant is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented line cook for Saturday and Sunday brunch service. We are a busy full-service restaurant with a focus on merging fine-dining quality and neighborhood charm.
Job duties include:
Preparing roasted potatoes and batters before service each morning
Preparing and plating toasts, salads, and fully-cooked meats (i.e. ham/smoked salmon) as components of brunch dishes during service
Working with chef to ensure smooth and timely completion of all dishes
Assisting in dinner prep and/or completing side work during slow periods
Previous food service experience a plus, but not strictly mandatory. $20/hr starting wage after training shifts. Saturday and Sunday morning available a must, with opportunities for more hours possible. Please send a resume with your email.
