POSITION SUMMARY
The Regional Manager exemplifies Gimme! Coffee's vision, mission, and values both strategically (by planning and executing initiatives to improve every aspect of store performance) and operationally (by working regularly on a live bar and optimizing store operations).
The Regional Manager is a company leader responsible for the overall operations and performance of all retail locations within a region. This includes management of financial targets, daily operations, staff selection and supervision, merchandising, inventory, development, strategy, drink quality, and customer satisfaction in multiple espresso bars across a single region.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Regional Manager directly supervises all Store Managers and Trainers in the region. In addition, the Regional Manager is responsible for the oversight and operational success all the regions retail employees. The Region is comprised of five stores.
