Allechant is seeking a dishwasher and host for our charming neighborhood bistro. Our current shift priorities are Friday and Saturday nights for a dishwasher, and Saturday mornings for a host. Dinner shifts run from 4:30 PM to roughly 11 PM, and brunch shifts run from 9 AM to roughly 4:30 PM. All positions and shifts enjoy a friendly work environment and delicious restaurant meals daily.
Dishwasher applicants should work well independently, and enjoy systematically bringing chaos into order. Our dishwashers are the backbone of our operation!
Hosts are responsible for managing reservations, greeting guests, setting and bussing tables, and overseeing the overall hospitality experience. Our neighborhood bistro has cultivated a loyal following of regular diners, so it is important for our host to become familiar and friendly with these guests.
Starting pay for both positions range from $18-20 depending on experience, plus 5% of tips, with raises possible once established.
