Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and skilled Tow Truck Operator to provide roadside assistance and towing services to our valued customers. This part-time position offers flexible hours, primarily during nights and weekends, with the potential for full-time employment based on performance and availability.
Key Responsibilities: - Operate tow trucks and other equipment safely and efficiently. - Respond to calls for towing and roadside assistance in a timely manner. - Assess vehicle conditions and determine the best method for towing or assistance. - Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers. - Maintain accurate records of services provided and submit reports as required. - Ensure that the tow truck is in good working condition and perform routine maintenance checks. - Provide excellent customer service and support to customers in distress.
Qualifications: - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. - Tow truck operator Endorsement preferred, but not required (we will provide training). - Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. - Excellent communication and customer service skills. - Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as needed.
