We are looking for an experienced Plumber who is familiar with all phases of light commercial and residential Plumbing. Heating and A/C experience a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings
- Read blueprints and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems
- Cut, assemble, and install pipes and fittings
- Test plumbing systems for leaks and other issues
- Repair or replace broken or malfunctioning plumbing fixtures
- Collaborate with other construction professionals, such as carpenters and electricians, to ensure proper coordination of projects
- Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 Years commercial and residential experience.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical specifications
- Proficient in pipe threading, soldering, and welding techniques
- Familiarity with HVAC systems is a plus
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and manual labor tasks
